Ayan Aliyeva

Hello everyone! My name is Ayan Aliyeva and I am a CEO of A-level Education Center. My story with education and children development started in early 2000s when I have finished a bachelor’s degree at Chicago University, and got back to Baku, Azerbaijan- my home country. I have started with a small local language center as a pre-school teacher, and then built my career and business. When I opened my own school in 2007, I have decided that I will make sure all children who come to my course will be treated like a family, be well taken care of, and be given a chance to express their opinion.
Ever since then I have worked tirelessly to do so, and am proud of my progress and goals achieved. Working with pre-school children for years taught me patience and importance of small things; teenagers taught me that if something is different it does not mean it is wrong, and how valuable each of us and how perfectly incomplete we are. Adults taught me that we all turn into children when studying.
The educational field is where my passion lies, and I am looking forward to seeing what else my team and I can and will accomplish.

I am A-level’s Academic Director with strong passion for improvement of students’ communication, language, motivation, and soft skills. I believe in mutual understanding and cooperation between a teacher and a student, and my strictness goes along the lines of my student’s active listening of my instructions.

Additionally, I lead my team towards excellence with constant training, open communication, and trust in them and their skills.

Join us, and meet the brilliance we carry and can bring out of you/your child!

Emilya

I am a graduate of ADA University, and have joined A-level team a few months ago.

Teaching includes developing and utilizing various skills, as it is more than an academic process- it is a learning and growing process for me, and, most importantly, it can always be fun!

Nigar

I’m a graduate of Baku Slavic University and Teaching English has been my dream since I was 14. I am friendly, easygoing and creative, so my lessons are never boring or ordinary. I get on well with all possible age groups and try to find an individual approach to each of my students. The best thing for me is to see them making progress. Regardless of character and age group, people need not only quality education but also support, motivation and positive emotions while studying. Here at A-level they definitely get a full package!

 Elvin

I studied Economy and Management at Azerbaijan Technological University.

I am motivated and ambitious, and I would like my students to appreciate and understand the importance of literature in our daily lives. I believe in a strong communication between a teacher and his students, and I encourage the children to express their ideas verbally and through writing.

Nuray

I have just recently finished Baku State University, MA degree with distinctions. In order to draw attention of students I bring the target language atmosphere to the class through different interactive activities. I also regularly organize different outings to the city in order to incorporate content-based learning into my students’ lessons.

Khanim

I have graduated from Azerbaijani University of Languages, Pedagogy. After being sent to a state school and getting some experience there, I realized that I am very patient with children and can easily get on with them. I am very glad to share what I know with them and I get extremely happy when I get positive feedback. Moreover, if we take into account that my profession is teaching, I wanted to master it by working with students and getting more experience. So I am here as a part of A-Level working on reaching my goals.

Suleyman

I am a passionate, hardworking general English language instructor at A-Level Education Center with more than 2 years of varied instructional experience and ability to strengthen students’ performance by applying flexible and innovative teaching methods.
